Councillor Andrew Rondeau

Councillor Andrew Rondeau is in his third term. He moved to Melville in 2009 to begin his career as a teacher at the Comprehensive School, where he’s worked ever since. Andrew and his wife, Michelle, spend much of their time with their children, Malcolm and Abbey. Andrew has always been passionate about governance and public service, sitting on various boards within the city and professionally. In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with family and friends, ideally outdoors near a lake with a fishing rod or golf club in his hand.

Councillor Rondeau is proud of the positive changes Melville experienced during his time on Council and recognizes that the future will bring difficult decisions when it comes to infrastructure, asset management, and economic growth. He is also very well-aware that Melville is, and will continue to be, a wonderful place in which to live and raise a family.
