CITY OF MELVILLE 

NOTICE OF PREPARATION OF 2026 ASSESSMENT ROLL 

As per Section 187(1) of The Cities Act, notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the City of Melville for the year 2026, has been prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the Assessor from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, from March 20, 2026 to April 20, 2026, excluding weekends and holidays.  

A bylaw pursuant to Section 184(1) of The Cities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required. 

Any person having an interest in any property who wishes to appeal the assessment of that property to the Board of Revision is required to file a notice of appeal in writing to:

 on or before 4:00 p.m. on the 20th day of April, 2026.
